Leadership development at Cathedral School for Boys begins intentionally in the earliest grades. While expectations and opportunities evolve with age, foundational habits such as listening, reflecting, taking responsibility, and collaborating are introduced in Lower School and continue to grow through advisory programs, service opportunities, and student roles in Upper School. Every classroom and program is seen as an opportunity to practice leadership in age-appropriate ways.
