No. Leadership at Cathedral School for Boys extends far beyond titles or formal positions. While structured roles such as grade-level leaders or club coordinators may be available, all boys are encouraged to demonstrate leadership through everyday actions. These include teamwork and support of classmates, reflective thinking, responsible decision-making, and service to others. Every student’s contribution is valued, whether leadership is expressed formally or informally.
