Families play an important role in supporting leadership development beyond the school day. At Cathedral School for Boys, leadership growth is reinforced at home when families encourage reflection on choices and goals, ask open-ended questions about helping others, model integrity and accountability, and support student-led problem-solving. Leadership develops through everyday practice, and consistency between home and school helps boys internalize responsibility, empathy, and thoughtful decision-making.
